A bicycle worth £4k was stolen from outside a shop in Arnside then found on a train at Lancaster.
BTP Lancashire said on their Twitter feed: “A bicycle, valued at £4,000, was stolen from outside a shop in #Arnside.
“The suspect boarded a train where an observant member of rail staff spotted him and alerted us.
"We met the train in at #Lancaster. Suspect #arrested, handed over to @SouthLakesPol, and bike recovered.”
