Homeless man, 34, dies in Lancaster
The man, named locally as Eddie Oakeshott, was admitted to the Lancaster Royal Infirmary on Wednesday, November 9, after being taken ill.
It is understood Mr Oakeshott had been sleeping rough in Lancaster, but had recently found some temporary accommodation at Oak Tree House in the city.

Hide AdA police spokesperson said: “At around 1.10am on November 9 we were notified by Royal Lancaster Infirmary of the death of a 34-year-old man.
“He was admitted into hospital after he had been taken ill.
“The death is not being treated as suspicious and a file will be passed to the Coroner.”
This week, Lancaster City Council triggered its Severe Weather Emergency Protocol (SWEP), instigated when night time temperature is predicted to be zero degrees Celsius or below on any given night.
