Hide AdEllie Parker, who co-runs the shop, said: “We’ve lost some of the shop stock, cash, some inexpensive power tools.
“There was a box of random things that they took.
“There was some organic toothpaste, tortilla wraps, compostible bin bags, a jar of jam. It’s upsetting they targetted a community owned business.
“We’re part of our local community and we exist to try and do something good in the world, and it’s depressing that we get targetted like this.”
North Yorkshire Police have been informed about the break-in.
